Yennefer is entirely allowed to be dramatic on this topic. There is no way Muldoon will begrudge her any of her loathing. He does, however, look surprised at hearing that she fell asleep during one session. It's difficult to imagine Yennefer being anything but completely professional and put-together at all times.

Swallowing down his laughter, he shakes his head in agreement with her assessment. "It's one of the great conundrums people face with me.
